Session 0001 - Personal Mission Statement
I am at my best when I am focusing on what I love to do--writing, painting, and reading.
I will try to prevent times when arguments occur.
I will enjoy my work by putting my heart into it when I am writing.
I will find enjoyment in my personal life through writing and reading and continue to build my confidence of writing and maintain being enthusiastic.
I will keep writing and strive to be a better writer.
I will find opportunities by traveling and meeting new people.
I should never forget to thank my loving husband for being in my life.
I will constantly renew myself by focusing on these four dimensions of my life:

Intellect

Health

Relationship
This is my one life and I will focus on not living it for anyone else than myself.
I will focus on my mental and physical health.
I am doing my best to be a good daughter, a loving mother, a devoted wife, a true friend, AND a better self.
My life's journey is dedicated to giving something that will be valued and treasured by those who survive after my death. Hopefully my books.
I will work hard during my time at ... to build ...
I have met the love of my life and we have been striving together by supporting each other.
When the time is right I hope to publish my books in Chinese.
I will be a person who my best friends can count on throughout the different stages of life.
They would say that I have lived my life to its fullest with having shared many beautiful memories together.
My husband, children, and hopefully gran-children will identify me as an invaluable family member who gave her very best to take care of her family.

Session 0002 - Start Point Lighthouse
1. How and why are Lighthouses an honest reflection of compassion?
Lighthouses--beacons of light--are symbols of hope and safety.
Compassion, according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, is the "sympathetic consciousness of others' distress together with a desire to ALLEVIATE it."
A compassionate person who prove help, hope, and security to those who are suffering is like a lighthouse that gives a beacon of light to guide them through the fog and darkness of life.
2. If you could go anywhere, who would you take with you?
Jeff, my husband, the love of my life. I would love to have our twins to join us, but they are all grown up now and are out on their own journey.
Jeff has been my lighthouse from the moment we met. He is sensible while I am emotional. He is pragmatic while I am romantic. With him by my side, I will never be lost.
3. What excites you the most about this journey?
To think deeper of words.

Session 0003 - Breakdowns
The act of breaking and falling down; a ruinous downfall, a collapse. literal and figurative.
When was the last time you experienced a ‘breakdown’? What or who helped you get back on track?

Looking back now can you find something (no matter how small) positive about that experience? Maybe you learnt something new or it brought you closer to a friend or maybe even a stranger?
